By accessing or purchasing from J&M Vault, you agree to these terms and any additional policies displayed on the website. You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or content.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are provided in good faith. Colour and appearance may vary between screens. Stock is subject to availability, and an order may be cancelled and refunded if an inventory error or other issue prevents fulfilment.
Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order where fraud is suspected, information is incorrect, a pricing error has occurred or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and other applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is provided in accordance with our Shipping Information page. Delivery estimates are guides and are not guaranteed where delays arise outside our reasonable control.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds page and the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The J&M Vault name, crest, website design and original store content must not be copied or used without permission. Product names, character names and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
